Landslide applications are deployed on physical test platforms or as software-only, virtualized test functions. Physical test platforms support emulation of high volumes of traffic, to ensure networks will perform under real world conditions. Virtualized test functions may be deployed directly on cloud infrastructure to better assess cloud-native network function performance.
Landslide C100-M4
Solution Overview
Designed to test secure and application aware mobile networks, the Landslide C100-M4 provides unprecedented performance resulting from Spirent’s multi-core architecture with new hardware-assisted application, mobility and encryption acceleration.
The Landslide C100-M4 platform enables the Landslide application to provide the highest scale and most realistic mobile emulation while providing a significant increase in the amount of mobile application traffic over the previous generation. The Landslide C100-M4 supports the Fireball Data Performance Mode and this, when paired with a dual-port 25G, 40G or 100G interface, significantly reduces the amount of equipment, power and connections required to test a high-performance mobile network.
Landslide C50
Solution Overview
The Landslide C50 Test System provides all the functionality of more powerful Landslide platforms with data performance and UE/client scale designed to meet the requirements of small scale test beds and development environments. Further simplifying the test system configuration, the C50 offers the option to combine the Landslide Test Manager and Test Server functions into a single appliance. It provides all the functionality required for testing individual network elements or end-to-end testing of Mobile Core, Wi-Fi, Diameter, and IMS networks. The complete set of Landslide test applications, node emulators and supporting features are available for the Landslide C50.
Landslide E10
Solution Overview
The Spirent Landslide E10 is a small form factor test platform that supports applications for bench top, lab and distributed testing of Mobile and Wi-Fi networks. It can be used either as a test server connected to a Landslide C100 or C50 manager or as a standalone system. The E10 supports testing Mobile Core, Wi-Fi, Diameter and IMS networks including Over-the-Air LTE testing with Spirent’s Landslide application for Development, product verification and pre-deployment scenarios.
